This hotel is in a great location, close to both the Manzoni station and the Termini bus station. It's very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The breakfast is excellent, with freshly brewed coffee and a good variety of options to choose from.

There was nothing I could fault with this hotel, everything was perfect.

The hotel was a 5-10 minute walk from the Manzoni metro station and a 15-20 minute walk to the Colloseum. It is in a quiet neighborhood that seems safe and clean. The hotel itself is intimate and offers a decent breakfast (coffee, pastries, cereal, cold cuts, bread). For the price, I would definately stay here again.

The staff were helpful and friendly, providing useful information and answering questions politely. The hotel is small but has a lift and terrace. The room was clean and had a nice patio area with chairs and a table. The location is convenient, near a subway station and with shops and restaurants nearby.

Small nice hotel, our room was clean and modern. Nice shower. Termini station is close by. Stayed in a triple room which had a bunk bed and a single bed. Enough room for us staying only one night. The staff was nice and helpful.

Open foyer where the staircase is in the middle of the building connecting all the rooms. You can hear everybody that goes in and out. The walls are kind of thin, we could hear people taking showers. Due to the layout of the room (l shape) the area with the single bed had some trouble to reach cold air from air conditioner. Only a couple of restaurants in the area. There was a new employee who did not know how to use the small elevator (enough for our luggage), could not transfer calls, and it turned out that she did not check us in properly. Afterwards we learned it was her first day without supervision, she was nice though.

The hotel felt safe and was always clean and tidy. Great place to stay all round.

Bed was a little hard. Other than that very happy with our stay.

Our stay at Relais Manzoni was exceptional. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. Despite the small size, it had all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, especially Daniel at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of popular attractions like the Colosseum. The breakfast provided a good selection of items, and the made-to-order coffees were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Rome.

Location, price, clean and fresh, very helpfull stuff, air condition in the room, . I am very pleased for my stay at just this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at a great price. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a metro station. The room was warm and spacious, perfect for a solo traveler. The breakfast, though simple, was typical for this price range. I would recommend this hotel for its value and good service.

Good location - possible to walk to many of the main tourist sites. Grocery store very nearby. Safe location. Room very clean. Nice breakfast. Good service. Beds very comfortable, bathroom a good size.

No complaints. One warning is the elevator doesnt go to the top floor and there are some stairs from the entrance lobby to the elevator anyway so if you have problems with stairs this is not the hotel for you.
